Pixielanes completely respects your privacy and is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with you. The protection of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we are making our Data Protection Policy available to you in order to inform you – in the clearest way possible – of the processing carried out in the context of the use of the site's services. 

This policy therefore applies to all services offered on the Pix.city website. 

This policy is subject to The General Data Protection Regulationa European-wide law that replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. It places greater emphasis on how organisations handle personal data. It came into effect on 25 May 2018.

Pixielanes SAS – Pix.city  located at 27 rue ARAGO - 92800 PUTEAUX, is responsible for all personal data processing carried out on thePix.city website (this includes the UK version). 

What are the purposes of collecting your personal data?: 

Pix.city will collect, process or keep your personal data for specific, legitimate and relevant purposes only. 

Your data will be processed for the following purposes: 

Management of your city-maker account. 

Management of editorial and sharing missions relating to the cards.  

Provision of customer service. 

Provision of sharing tools on social networks. 

Sending commercial offers or targeted communication by email, mobile notifications, social networks or any    other medium. 

Management of your subscriptions to our newsletters and marketing communications, notifications by email or SMS. 

Personalisation of sites (mobile and desktop) and applications according to the User's affinities.  

Sharing information with business partners (client brands). 

Commercial prospecting operations are based on your consent to your data being processedTherefore, when creating your account on the site, you are expressly asked for your consent on whether you want to receive offers from Pix.city. 

When you create your Pix.city account, your personal data is automatically sent to our partner Mailchimp for the following purposes: 

 Sending marketing communication (newsletters, satisfaction questionnaires, events...). 

You have the option of withdrawing this consent at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link on each email you receive or by contacting us. 

We may also use and compile data for profiling purposes: profiling is the automated processing of your personal data. This data is used to evaluate, analyse and predict your preferences, interests and behaviour. We use this data to, for example, provide you with personalised information about assignments and services that we think may be of interest to you. 

What are your rights and how do you exercise them with Pix.city?: 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose data concerning you.

The General Data Protection Regulation is a European-wide law that replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK, you may also exercise your right to limitation of processing, deletion of your data, portability of data and not to be subject to automated individual decision making, including profiling. 

In the interests of confidentiality and protection of personal data, a copy of a signed identity document must be included on request. 

How long is your data kept?: 

Pix.city keeps your data for three years.
